"I would like to compliment Mr. Virak, who has made my stay at Novotel Sihanoukville extremely pleasant. Mr. Virak always anticipates my needs, puts himself in my shoes, and goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable. His service is beyond thoughtful and truly exceptional. On Day 1, when I needed a quiet spot for a meeting, he patiently followed me from the restaurant to the lounge and finally to the lobby—just to help me find the perfect quiet corner. He even brought me an extra table for my laptop, turned down the music, and checked in on me every hour to ensure everything was okay. On Day 2 during breakfast, he saw me with my laptop and, knowing I needed to work, offered me a seat in a closed area for some peace and quiet. He was so attentive to every detail—asking if he should turn on the lights to reduce glare from my screen, checking if I needed anything to eat or drink, and even closing the door for me when he noticed more people walking past. Later that evening at the beach bar, while I was working again, he noticed I hadn’t plugged in my charger. He quietly brought me an extension cord and asked if I needed to charge my laptop. That level of attention is rare. As a trainer, I’m honestly very impressed by Mr. Virak’s dedication and attentiveness—so much so that I will be using his service as an example in my future customer service classes. I hope this message can be passed along to him, e truly he made a lasting impression on me."

"This is my favorite resort in cambodia. You can walk to the beach. They have good tuna sandwhiches, burgers, pizza and the rib-eye was tasty as well. Gym is far but the staff will shuttle you anywhere on the property. "

"The staff were amazing they knew it was our anniversary so upgraded us to a beach front room. The location was amazing right on the beach. 1 minute walk from the pier. The resort was very friendly and comfortable. Swings and hammocks were everywhere. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only downside was the WiFi wasn’t the strongest. Would definitely return. "

"This is a nice peaceful resort. Only 20 minute walk along beach to bars/restaurants. The Staff here are very helpful and pleasant. The beach in front is kept very clean by the resort. Breakfast good. Free use of kayak and paddleboard. We took a dome room on the beach. All the rooms have nice little patios. Good housekeeping. Would come back."

"First of all, check-in was a crap shoot; NO communication, got lucky I hitched a ride with another guest who was having same problem, still was kinda left standing during check-in, otherwise no staff existing for any issues with the room, stained pullout couch, terrible working elevators, silverware was non-existing, no china for coffee, TV wasn't working, pool had no towels and the lounge chairs were bolted stuck in a seated position, no cushions either, property was very difficult to find, google maps didn't locate accurately, neighborhood was soso with lots of abandoned real estate projects, just skeletons sitting there. Checkout again marred by absence of staff, so not even sure if I checked out correctly"

"We spent 2 nights at the resort, and it truly felt like “home away from home”. All staff are wonderful and had been super helpful. We felt warm and welcomed throughout our stay. We love how clean the resort is and how the staff treated us. Love it and very appreciative for the service and made us felt comfortable, enjoyable, and relax during our stay. "La Passion doesn’t have Management that show Passion! The staff are trying there best but with no support from management that you never see, they have no chance of turning this property into what it should be. Left at the pier known one to help us with our bags, I had to walk, even though notified of our arrival. It’s 3 star not 4, not enough sunbeds, sunbeds broken, all the cabana beds are broken, not enough beach/pool towels for customers, rubbish left in bins overflowing for our entire 5 day stay, no security so anyone can effectively come in. Breakfast is basic, they cannot cook eggs. There isn’t enough staff so everything is slow. I really want this property to succeed. If management cared for their staff and the property these things could be fixed very quickly. The staff need help from management. I like the rooms, the cleaning team in the rooms do a great job. The staff are all very friendly and nice and doing their best. For the price point I would consider other properties until the management sort out the problems they have been told about time and time again… "

"Good location right next to the beach. Walking distance from the Golden Lions roundabout with many restaurants nearby. However, the amenities at the hotel are very basic. Casino tables right between the lobby area and the guest elevators, are fairly distasteful. Breakfast was very disappointing compared to other hotels I’ve been to in the region "

The pool area was large and scenic. The restaurant had a decent menu and was convenient. The only negative for us was the immediate area around the resort was not particularly walkable. It is serviced by an unpaved road. "

This is the first 2-plong plug is OK but hard to plug in. Do not understand why. Property is basically new. Only electrical outlet issues."
