"Lovely stay at the Grand Hotel. The rooms could do with a refresh however. We had no specific issues. Food was lovely, staff attentive and helpful. Breakfast had good variety. Pool was lovely. Getting into and out of the underground parking was a mission as it was so steep! "

"I had an amazing stay at San Karlu! The location is perfect—just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the main bus stop and close to bars, restaurants, and the main square of Veleta. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I especially want to thank Florianne, who was so helpful with recommendations and guidance on using public transport. The hotel itself is spotless and offers great amenities. The swimming pool was a highlight—perfect for cooling off in Malta’s heat—and there’s a bar and food service if you feel like lounging by the pool all day. Breakfast was lovely, and overall, the experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!"

"Overall, really enjoyed our stay at the Corinthian Palace. Our room, despite being slightly dated and seriously needing a face lift, was impeccably clean and comfortable. The service in the hotel was faultless, with all staff members being well-mannered, friendly and helpful. We loved the selection of cooked food and buffet options at breakfast, which was varied. The hotel’s restaurants are good, well priced but nothing sensational. It was easy to get around Malta from the hotel with a taxi, yet located outside of usual busy areas so you can get a quite nights sleep. "

"Overall, this is an excellent hotel in a fantastic location. It offers convenient access to the Three Cities, Sliema, and the Gozo ferry terminals. Key attractions like St. John’s Co-Cathedral, the lively Republic and Merchant Streets, Grand Harbour, Upper Barrakka Gardens, Triton Fountain, and the Valletta bus terminal are all within walking distance. Popular spots such as Mdina and Marsaxlokk are just a short drive away. The rooftop provides stunning views of the Carmelite Church dome and Fort Manoel. The staff are welcoming, and the hotel is well-maintained and clean."

"Although our room was not ready at 15:30 (check in is in 15:00) and last day they placed us the alarm at 5:30 in the morning (!) everything else was excellent. Also one day adult pool on the top floor was closed for a private event and other pool was full, no sunbeds available."

"We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Even though we got in early, they kindly stored our luggage and let us check in a bit ahead of time. The indoor pool and cozy living room were highlights—offering free coffee, soft drinks, beer, wine, and canapés throughout the day, plus a great co-working space. Breakfast was decent, but the lunch menu and cocktail happy hour really stood out. Highly recommend staying here!"

"A stunning hotel in the centre of Valletta. The staff were so wonderful and inviting from the moment I arrived. I was fortunate as arrived at 11am and my room was ready. The rooms, hotel facilities including swimming pool were perfect. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. Location is also perfect and Valletta is walkable - it was just a short taxi ride to other locations in the south of the island. Plenty of food and drink options a short way from the hotel"

"The hotel was very good. The breakfast is excelent. The cleanliness was at a top level. But at the street was dirty and public transport is awful. "

"Indoor pool is very cute, outdoor pool is small but beach is very close and reception is helpful. Cleaners do a great job! Stayed in a deluxe king room and the bed was super comfy with a pretty balcony. Marketed as a 4 star hotel and I most commonly stay at 5 star but this was on par with them. "

"This hotel really was grand. Its location was within walking distance to Valletta and public transport. Plenty of room to park your hire car if needed. The complex was massive with a beautiful pool and other amenities. The staff were so lovely and very approachable. I would recommend this gorgeous hotel to any one planning a stay in Malta. "
