Communication and cleanness is wonderful inside the apartment and in the rooms with clean towels and beds made. Bathroom is cleaned everyday. The breakfast was continental, some good buffet items and good coffee. The only issue was that the hotel was on a busy thoroughfare so it was really noisy during the evening. It was also opposite the ferry port, so always busy with traffic and noise."

"We loved the hotel and the breakfast was fantastic the only thing that made me feel unsafe was that there was a person on the 4th floor that was not a guest sitting in the chairs my elevator asking for water being a parent with kids in a separate room it did make me feel uncomfortable not sure if the property has security . "The impeccable facility and staff are only out shined by the incredible views of from anywhere in the property. Stellar service from all of the valet, concierge, bar staff, spa team, and especially management throughout our stay. Rooms are stylish and spotless. Breakfast buffet was impressive, as well as room and dinner service. Conveniently located just north or Sorrento so you can miss the worst of the traffic heading south from Napoli. Plenty of options nearby, walking into town to explore, taking boat tour(recommend to Capri) or driving to the Path of the God's, Mt. Vesuvius, or around the coast to Sorrento. It was a perfect ending to a 40 day holiday through Italy!"

"When we first got to the property, after the hotel arranged for a Mercedes Van to pick us up from the train station. The back doors are wide open in the lobby. You feel like you’re about to walk out into the clouds. This hotel is a boutique hotel that is spacious and clean. The breakfast was lovely and overlooking the Amalfi coast was dream like. The staff was kind and attentive. They have their own private beach with free shuttles to the beach and town center. We loved our experience so much we plan on returning! One of the highlights of our trip! Use the public ferry’s to get to Positano (a must see) and other neighboring towns for only 10 euros per person- a cab ride is 140 euros to Positano from the hotel. The rooms were clean/spacious but the beds and bedding could be softer. Still we would highly recommend!"
