"Nice place for a disconnect "

"El lugar es lindo, la piscina impecable. Los departamentos son buenos, el aire acondicionado también, pero, están poco equipados en la cocina.-"

"Room was not as described online, 2 single beds instead of a double (states online that the room sleeps 3, but nowhere for a 3rd person to sleep - lucky there was only 2 of us), smell of stale smoke as soon as you enter the room, no toilet roll provided, no towels provided, unclean room and balcony and incredibly run down, states online that parking is 5 euro per night and they expect 10 euro per night when you arrive. We are not fussy people and often sleep in hostels but this is not a 3 star ‘hotel’ - it should be a 1 star! "

"When we arrived asked about parking. Told there was a location nearby but had to wait over an hour for somebody to arrive to show us where the location was. The space was an underground car space that was very difficult to park in as the space was very tight and had to reverse all way out up a ramp to get out of. On check out tried to charge us €20 for parking having mentioned nothing at check in. Advice park car nearby yourself"

"Wonderful stay.. i loved the place , customer service at its top, swimming pool and beach area are good as well. Only setback is the gym ; small. "

"I put the hotel name in my SatNav, it took me to a blocked street. I got out, walked around, eventually finding the hotel. At the hotel, check-in was poor, I got my car, came back and was met by somebody who, well, did nothing. I joined a long queue of elderly folk settling their accounts, and once at the front, the guy who did nothing then seeks to check me in - after I have waited.... The room had AC, but could only go as low as 19C, so it took a long time to cool, the room was hot & sticky. So sticky I took my shirt off and sat on the bed with my laptop on my knee to work. I could not get the WiFi to work, so had to hotspot via my cellphone. During this time, my naked back was against the bed's headboard which had a foam/plastic covering. When I moved, this stuck to me, peeling off the headboard, I had to scrape it off my back! When I checked out I spoke of these things to the reception.....they laughed at me."

"This hotel was ideally situated four out two night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast! Don’t Miss out on heading to the roof with a bottle of wine for the view."

"We were looking forward to a relaxing break at this hotel. Our room was supposed to be a superior room but was disappointing. When I booked on the hotels.com website it showed the hotel having a pool and this was a chief selling point. There was no pool. The hotel is right on the edge of Pietra Ligure so it's a fair walk to where restaurants and shops are. The hotel restaurant has a limited menu and is quite pricey especially for wine. As we weren't happy overall we cut short our stay. In fairness the breakfast was very good and the views from the restaurant were outstanding "

"This property was beyond our expectations. Not only were the staff friendly always, the hotel gave back to its guests. Unusual in my experience. Breakfast and beach lounges included in the room rate. Pop sickles or watermelon passed out to cool you while you sunbathe as well as water. Live music every evening. The town itself totally walkable. Wonderful wonderful. "

"Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. We stayed here as a stop over and to break up our drive to Tuscany. We are so glad we did. The service was amazing. We had our two dogs who were made to feel incredibly welcome. The surrounding area is so beautiful and rustic. The pool area is beautiful and the breakfast was spot on. Highly recommend! "

"Parked in multi-storey behind/under hotel. Free and simple. Savona is a very busy place. We only stayed for a one night stopover. Staff on reception desk helpful and friendly, had upgraded us from a triple room to two adjoining rooms. Room clean and spacious. Tv took a while to connect too and work( it’s rather high tech) and I’m young!"
