"Stayed for 3 Nights really nice little place slightly expensive on the drinks though, the staff were lovely, it’s a shame they don’t have WI-Fi in the Bedrooms something the hotel should consider "

"This was my family’s favorite hotel during our trip to Italy. The room was luxurious and spacious, the service was top notch and the pool was an added bonus. We loved the breakfast options and the dinner served at the hotel was one of our favorites of the entire vacation. We had a rental car so were able to take advantage of the proximity to Montepulciano and Pienza. The wine served at the hotel from the on-site winery was very good. We can’t wait to go back!! "

"This is such a wonderful hotel in the middle of the country to forget about everything and immerse into the real Tuscany. The food in the restaurant is excellent, their Manager Stefano is such a great guy and makes you feel as part of the family, his dog is adorable and all the staff is just incredible! We had the perfect summer vacation during the 4 days we spend in the property that we didn’t even went outside of it for a full day, just chilling in the pool and having a great time! Recommended 1000%!!"

"The hotel is in a great location, and our room had a partial view of the sea. The bed, unfortunately, was not as comfortable as I think it could be. It was relatively hard, and we had two double beds, rather than a full-size bed. Service was good as was the breakfast."

"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I got a flat tire the day I was leaving the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help me get the tire fixed so I could be on my way. The hotel is beautiful and the food was excellent. I also requested a more private room and the staff changed the room for me right away. Highly recommended for beauty, serene peace and quiet "

And again very friendly staff. The only thing we missed was an air conditioner in our room. June was already very hot. Other than that it was amazing! We would return to this property in the future."

"The hotel has a sewage smell that was very off-putting. It was dirty and old with little care and/or attention to improve it. The town in which it sits is a ‘dying area’ with nowhere to go nearby. A couple of nice staff members worked here but overall it was very, very disappointing."

"Easy to find hotel and parking, although you do have to walk up a steep hill to get to hotel, fine for us and our children. The rooms are amazing, cute and quaint. They were very spacious, clean and comfortable. We traveled from Naples to Dubrovnik stopping in Tuscany for a few nights and this was one of our favorite stays! It was so beautiful! A great central location for all the towns we wanted to visit. Breakfast was delicious with a great view! Highly recommend! If we ever make it back to Tuscany we will definitely stay here! "

The rooms were spacious, beautifully rustic yet well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. We loved waking up to the sounds of the countryside and enjoying our coffee while watching the sunrise over the vineyards. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering wonderful recommendations for local wineries, restaurants, and sights. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Breakfast was a daily highlight—fresh, local products served with care. We also appreciated the lovely pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Montepulciano and nearby hill towns. If you’re looking for an authentic, peaceful, and truly memorable Tuscan experience, Podere La Rocca is the perfect choice. We can't wait to return! Highly recommended. A special highlight of our evening was the service. Antonio, our waiter, was simply fantastic.
