"This is an amazing place to stay. The first tier rooms are like suites in other hotels, in fact, they surpass them. Food is fantastic, especially the breakfast - fantastic choice. Beautiful venue with lovely walks. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Very comfortable. Several lovely lounges to relax in. Cookery demo with Peter was incredible. Cannot recommend highly enough! "This is one of those rare, exquisite properties you don't think exist anymore. The proprietor met us at the front desk, showed us to our room, which was a great price and had AMAZING views. The breakfast is hot and to order from reserved tables. It is an exceptional property in a wonderful town. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again. We are considering planning another vacation specifically to this property.
The only downside is parking. If possible, park across the street because the lot is very compact and sometimes hard to navigate. "

Beautiful, tranquil setting. Plenty of bath and kitchen towels; plenty of cookware and utensils; plenty of refrigerator space; easy check-in and operation instructions. Notes: 1) Listed as 2 bathrooms on Expedia, but to clarify, it is 1 toilet room w/sink, 1 shower room w/sink; 2) Some complimentary items (tea/coffee, shampoo/bodywash, toilet paper), but it is self-catering, so plan accordingly based on length of your stay). "Beautiful cottage, we were here during Darragh but it was warm and comfortable . Only thing I would say is if you don’t know how to light a peat fire research it , lol we had Donagle family to show us the way. But it was wonderful staying here, you can’t go wrong especially if you have a large group with all the bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again "
"A short break, overall a good time had by all. However while the overall condition of the cottage was good it could have done with a real deep clean. Bedding was obviously used and the mattress was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs through it. Furniture inside also left a lot to be desired from a comfort point of view. No Wi-Fi. TV basic and small. Rooms small. But on the positive this is really well located to local amenities, fully enclosed large back garden was great for the dog. Pet friendly. If u want to have a unique farmhouse experience as to how life was them this is the place. While disappointed, still an enjoyable break. "
