"We were visiting the Black Country Living Museum, which is only 15mins walk away, so perfect location for that and reasonably priced, too.
The negative was that the room had no AC so we had to keep the windows open and it being on a very busy road, it was extremely noisy at all times, even into the early hours, so we got very little sleep "

"Great price for the hotel and stay. Shame they didn’t offer or provide a fan in the rooms even though it had been in the 30’s for 2 weeks. Windows opened about 3 inches so no air!! "

"Huge car park, free on weekends. Easy check-in. We arrived really late which wasn’t our plan & no longer serving food but Courtney (I think) was really helpful, grabbed us some plates & cutlery & pointed us in the direction of takeaway food. Room, lovely the bath was a huge bonus. Bed huge & comfy. Stayed at Coventry Village a couple months ago which was also great. Would definitely recommend & stay again."

"Amazing experience, but the bed was very uncomfortable so both of us had poor sleep and woke up in pain.
Otherwise can’t fault the place. Staff very friendly and plenty of drink options at the bar. "

"The cleaning service was horrible, the cleaner came in to make the bed but did not change the bed sheet, and rubbish was left on the floor. Everything else is okay,

"The hotel stay started a little late due to late checkouts, and we were given a room with a bath for our first room after waiting nearly 2 extra hours on top of the 3pm check in time, we requested a walk in shower for our room, my brother and dad had one that they didn’t request, but we’re happy with, at least when I rang reception and told them we requested a walk in shower so then said to wait for a call they were going to call housekeeping to sort a room for us. Once we received that room we had a great stay, the breakfast was great, at least we had air conditioning in the room, we did have to evacuate due to a fire alarm went off, but apart from that we were fine."
"Stayed in a room with two double beds. Very comfortable. Lovely duvet and pillows. Didn’t use the restaurant or bar on this occasion. Would stay here again "
"Convenient to our location. Breakfast could have been different each morning. I asked for a vegetable omelette and got a plain cheese omelette on my last morning. Spa and pool could have longer opening times and more flexibility for people who are out early and get back later and would love to have a spa or a swim and CANT. we weren’t given any dressing gowns in our wardrobe. Not enough clothes hangers in the wardrobe for 2 people "
"Comfy room very friendly and courteous staff and delicious food. Only criticism the room was a little dated with stains on sofa and carpet. We will stay there again."
"We had a lovely overnight stay. Rooms, bar and breakfast were all good and staff were very helpful. Great location for an event at the NEC - 5 minute walk. Would recommend and stay again."

"Perfect location for our overnight stay after visiting Cadbury World - just a 3 minute drive with free parking.
We had a triple room with 3 single beds with plenty of room for us all. Room was clean although a couple of the towels had stains on them.
Restaurant unfortunately wasn’t serving their regular dinner menu only a limited bbq so we went elsewhere for dinner. Breakfast was lovely and worth the money before checking out.
All staff we encountered were nice and polite - would 100% stay here again. "
"A lovely hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The dinner in the sky restaurant was very good and good value. I am only sorry that I did not have time to use the pool and spa. We will be back!"
"Reception staff very friendly and informative. Room clean, beds comfy. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice.
Great location for travel to Alexander Stadium."
"Likes: Lovely room with courtesy tea tray, cupboard and large shower
Dislikes: Very limited menu for evening meal. Poor selection of cereals at breakfast
"
"Though the check in was slow as there were not enough staff to cater for the number of people wanting to check in, the overall experience was fantastic. We got a double double room with two large double beds and a separate shower and bath. The room itself was huge and had ample space. This was complimented by a lovely room service menu which we took advantage of plus breakfast in bed through their continental breakfast programme.
A wonderful stay and we were certainly surprised by the luxury! "
"Hotel was quiet, have stayed there a few times and will return, restaurant staff area amazingly friendly and helpful during breakfast. Will highly recommend "
