"When we went to check in the receptionist said that we can’t stay there cos of maintenance issues so he gave an other hotel Best western. That area is very nice place close to exchange mall. The room was so neat and tidy. But the only problem was you couldn’t take shower cos the water is too hot. My mum needed to go to a party without taking shower. They finally fixed the problem in the evening but I had to check out that day due to I no longer needed a hotel. Otherwise I was happy to stay in the hotel. There was a fan in the room too which was very much handy in need of this summer weather. I thank the hotel for their service too. Thank you very much 😀"
"The hotel was great and was very clean. However the walk from the tube to hotel didn’t feel very safe but other than that it was a good hotel to stay in for 2 nights"
"Loveley size room but very dated. Bathroom was very shabby. Enjoyed sitting by the lake having a drink. Loverly hotel by the lake but in massive need of updating."
"we received a warm welcome at reception, and also all of the members of staff we met were very friendly. the room was basic but clean, also cleaned during our 2 night stay, which we weren't expecting, everything worked as it should. A parking permit was issued and parking was very secure. Hotel about 10-15 minute walk to the train station with many shops and restaurants in-between. They don't offer breakfast but the lady at reception pointed me in the direction of a hotel a few minutes away where being a guest here allows you to get a breakfast there for a few pounds. We chose the Cranbrook because of its cheap price and close to a tube station. All in all for the price you pay it was well worth it"
"It was great staying at the hotel. Ideal for going to the family BBQ a short distance away.
We are waiting for a refund as we didnt have breakfast. Thank you for a comfortable stay."
