"The hotel was immaculate throughout. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed two chocolates upon checking in, bags were stored for us as our room was not ready early. The bed was extremely comfortable, AC was excellent and easy to use. Lights were electronic controls but easily learned. Shower water pressure was great. Felt very comfortable here."
"We have stayed here before which is why we returned. The rooms are comfortable (especially the beds / pillows). Our room was at the back of the hotel where there was building work going on outside. It was rather hot so we needed to open the windows and the noise in the morning did disturb us. We asked if we could move rooms and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We moved to another room which was cooler and less noisy. The bar and food is nice enough. Large open space. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I’m gluten intolerant and the breakfast manager took me around to check what was suitable for me. I couldn’t fault our overall experience. The location is perfect for getting around London with the tube station about 50m from the front of the hotel (not that we used it much) except to and from Victoria coach station. "
"Property was excellent for my needs. Booked an addfitional two rooms on the weekend for my family and had a great meal at the restaurant as well as super drinks in the bar. Only minor comment was no sports channels on the TV."
"Very comfortable bed, quiet, high tech room that blocked out all light effectively for sleep. Terrific breakfast buffet and nice lounge area. Convenient to major sites, Hyde Park and transportation. Staff is very nice, helpful and available. Only downside is room for one is small (not enough room to layout luggage) and there appears to be homeless shelter area on start of the block where hotel is located - I never had any issues walking back and forth from the hotel on my own and never felt unsafe but just pay attention to your surroundings if you are solo traveler like I was. "
"Breakfast was excellent with plenty of food and choices. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is fairly new with nice beds and modern bathrooms. It is a short walk to Victoria Station and a walkable distance to Westminster Abbey. We found several nice restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store.

"The property is located in the heart of Piccadilly Circus. Walking distance from all main attractions and close to public transportation. The rooms are very clean and quiet and staff very friendly. They do not provide hair dryer and iron. I recommend to bring an outlet adapter to plug your electronic devices. Overall, it offers the essentials that you need to have a comfortable stay. "
"really pleased with this find! tucked away, its a real gem.
beautiful inside & staff really friendly. love the voucher for the bar if you dont need a room clean which is no problem for a couple of nights! "
"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel as it was local to all the stores in theaters. We had a wonderful time and the rooms are very clean and accommodating. Thank you "
"It was such a lovely hotel all round. The hotel was spotless. All the staff were very helpful. You could not fault breakfast time, there was everything you could think of to eat and drink. I am very pleased I chose this hotel for our break."
"Amazing location, beautiful views, incredible rooms, excellent staff, great amenities, convenient room service. Only thing was that if your room faces the open courtyard of elevators, you'll hear them clicking a lot during operation. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to visitors!"
"Very good, especially for the price. The location is ideal for walking to the store or eating places. The dining area is quite pleasant. Friendly staff."
"Perfect service. Ready to help and respond to all your concerns personnel. Convenient location: away from overcrowded streets and yet close to main attractions."
"Booked last minute. On arrival the staff were excellent, polite, very helpful, they stored our bags for us. Went into London, underground station just 5 minutes away direct line to central London, very convenient. Or an easy walk to Chelsea harbour pier and we got the Uber boat up to embankment. Room was clean, well stocked for an overnight stay, aircon was great. Breakfast was easy and plenty of choice. Would book this hotel again without question next time we are in London."
