"Friendly welcoming staff, all of them made the stay lovely. Great selection at breakfast. Bit disappointed that it says spa but no where to lounge by the pool to read a magazine but spaces to sit inside and outside of pool. Bed really comfy. "

"Very nice room with lots of space. We enjoyed our time at the bar for an evening cocktail and snack. Breakfast was nice each morning and had lots of offerings."

"It’s in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore. But hands down, the highlight of my stay was the breakfast! There were plenty of options to choose from, including healthy choices and hearty favorites. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were warm, attentive, and made mornings feel extra special.
Highly recommended for anyone who values a comfortable stay and a top-notch breakfast experience."

"An excellent hotel for solo travelers. Comfortable bed and pillows, modern room and bathroom, climate control, and convenient Nespresso machine along with a kettle and fridge. Coffee and tea with sugar and milk is provided in your room and is restocked daily.
The hotel is also in a very convenient location. Located near the Central line and Circle/District Lines with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. And just across the street is Kensington Gardens.
I would stay here again for future trips to London!"
"Stayed here for a night after a cancelled flight and it was really quiet and accommodating after a chaotic day at the airport. Nice bar and restaurant, helpful staff and comfy beds!"
"Comfortable hotel offering excellent value. Bed was comfortable, shower excellent good amenities in the room. Also pool and sauna were superb.
Probably the best value in Heathrow."
"Their check in process is so easy! You can do it yourself through self-service machines they have in the lobby. If you get stuck, the personnel is prompt and kind to offer assistance.
The location is amazing with public transportation right in front of the hotel.
The food was pretty good and not outrageously pricy for a hotel.

"My third time staying and it's always exceptional service and a great experience! Staff so warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Beautiful property with a nice back garden. Highly recommend."
"Pleasantly surprising for an airport hotel. Smooth check in and hood service throughout.
C9mfortable bed and the room upgrade a plus.
Lobby looking tired and bar area very tired not up to the rest of the hotel.
Bel Epoque restaurant: excellent."
"Bus transportation is accessible within a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel; train access takes a bit longer as the Langley train station is a little iver a mile away. Food options in the hotel were very good. Breakfast provided lots of options and service was great. There’s one restaurant across the street that we didn't try out. "
"I was really impressed with the quality of this hotel. Only thing missing is a communal tap to fill a water bottle. The member of staff I asked, said the bathroom tap was my only option.
Overall an excellent stay in a very convenient location. "
"A wondeful hotel with nice rooms great facolities and pool and great value. Downsides are not a great area, beds are up against windows so good for one person but tricky for a second and no breakfast is served in the hotel."
"Quiet and clean. Negative, no breakfast, reception frequently unmanned - they need a bell not a phone number that goes to answer machine (don't they understand the basics of running a hotel?)"
