"I absolutely love this hotel from the moment I walked in to waking up in the morning. Everybody couldn't do enough for you. The breakfasts were outstanding and the beds were fabulous. Not to mention the pillows which were out of this world. I need a set!!!"
"We loved our deluxe suite as it had been renovated but had kept somebof ghe rraditional featyres. It was spacious, quiet, clean and ggd bed was very comfortable. "
"Lovely hotel, nice room, comfy beds and a great price. A little way from the centre but an easy uber ride and ev charging on site. Second time we’ve used it to visit family and will definitely use again."
"Very nice, upgraded my room for me which was lovely. Right in Cardiff town centre so I was able to have a walk at night and decide from the massive options were to eat. "
"Excellent stay in a very nice hotel in quiet country surrounds. Staff were outstanding from reception into the bar and the dining room. Llechwen Hall is now my 'go to' hotel for my frequent business trips to South Wales"
"Absoulety gorgeous hotel, food, service was incredible and staff were so welcoming warm and professional.
Other than the spa lady this morning around half 10 I wasn’t sure of her name, however myself and my husband were having a swim before we checked out at 11 and the spa was empty and we were laughing and told to keep the noise down in quite a rude manner. I found it inappropriate as no one else was using the facilities and pool or spa at the time and we were the only ones there I appreciate keeping the noise to a minimal level for others to relax and we were very curtious and conscious of this. It was rather patronising and rose to end the experience. However the spa lady prior the day before and in the morning up until 10.30 was very warm and welcoming offering beverages and going above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory stay! Thanks so much we’ll be coming again"
"The customer service is extraordinary. We also got lucky and managed to play a twilight round of golf on our arrival evening. I lost my Apple Watch on the course but thanks to the extraordinary assistance from the reprint at the Manor House, the shuttle bus driver and George from the golf shop we managed to get it back before it was dark. The restaurant staff was also exceptional. What a lovely place and lovely people."
"Beautiful hotel. I paid extra for a deluxe double room, which was lovely overall. However, one downside—never mentioned during booking or at check-in—was that the room didn’t have an external window. Instead, it faced the bar area, so there was no natural light in the room."
"Friendly welcome. Room was spotless and the air con was awesome! Great pressure in the shower and nice smelling products. Reasonable prices in the bar. Comfy bed. Loved it!"
"Stay was fine for one night as we attended a wedding locally. Staff were very helpful with sorting an early check-in to allow us to get ready in time to attend the wedding.
Breakfast was also very good. "
"Lovely over night stay enroute to Porthcawl for the Golf. Smart hotel in good location. Breakfast available but with Greggs & McDonald’s next door had a few options.
No air conditioning- so it it was a hot night not sure how the room would feel as if you opened window it was noisy from road but the room had a fan. Nice place to stopover or stay longer if exploring the area. "
"Our room was really spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bed itself was huge. There is a restaurant/ bar attached which served nice drinks and had a nice seating area outdoors.
The staff were very welcoming and checking in and out was easy.
We stayed in this hotel as we were attending a concert in the Principality Stadium. It was the perfect location for this as it was only a 15 minute walk from the hotel."
"After a 6 hour drive we arrive at rush jour to a lovely receptionist who instantly made us. Smile, the room was very clean and functional with a small but comfortable double and a single, we slept very well it was perfect for what we needed it was hot but the fan provided really helped "
"Beautiful buildings and setting when you first arrive driving through the golf course. I had previously asked for an early check in as we were attending a wedding off site, however they did not manage that for us, so we stored our bags and checked in on our return from the wedding.
Breakfast was very good on a very nice restaurant "
