We came on a beginning of December Sunday afternoon with nearly nobody at the hotel, but still got the news that we could not use the spa as it was ”fully booked for the whole evening”."

"The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We felt very taken care of! The space is also very efficient, clean and comfortable. The roll-down shade made the room completely black overnight, and the AC worked perfectly to make the room cool for sleeping. The breakfast on the patio was also fantastic. The location is also very nice and walkable to the train station and the Comédie square. Would encourage anyone to stay here that values quality, reliability, and all-over comfort."

The crew were all very kind and most importantly - very helpful and with a smile. I got a nice room at first facing the courtyard but the airconditioner didn't work, it was one of the hottest days. But they were super helpful to show me other rooms as they were fixing the problem, and i ended up in a lovely room on the 3rd floor facing the street where the aircondition...
