"When we first got there, I was a bit skeptical as it's located next to the highway in a huge attraction park area. We actually had a great time in the hotel. Lovely decoration, super friendly staff, room was large and nice with a small terrasse and the bed was super comfy. Would definitely come back."

"En vacances avec ma fille et ma sœur, nous avons passé 5 jours idylliques. Les chambres sont magnifiques, spacieuses et d'une propreté irréprochable. Elles donnent directement sur la piscine et un jardin luxuriant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et les produits servis de très bonne qualité (une mention spéciale pour le café !)

"Studio conforme à l'annonce, proche commodités (boulangerie, epicerie, primeur, superette), pas de réception, tout est géré à distance de manière efficace (envoi du code unique pour ouvrir le batiment et l'appartement, codes acces wifi).
Selon nous, il manque une vmc pour une meilleure aeration de la salle de bain et 1 rouleau de papier toilette en plus.

"A beautiful suite for the two of us right on a fabulous sandy beach. Beautiful views over the bay to Cap Feret. Easy to walk in either direction to beach bars for a drink or snack. A real treat to have a hot tub all to ourselves.
It was a thirty minute walk into Arcachon for a bigger choice of shops and restaurants. Walking on the road on a hot day felt like quite along way. Would love to come back but will definitely hire bikes next time to make the journey easier!"

The staff are very helpful and attentive.
I would recommend for future guests that they have a better first aid kit and a wheelchair. I strained my ankle and would’ve benefitted from a wheelchair to help me get to and from the car during the rest of my stay. This might be useful for future guests.

I enquired if she was sure breakfast was included and she said yes. I had paid €400 per night so assumed she was correct. "Didn't actually get to stay. Arrived after check-in had closed so called the number shown on the notice to get the code to open the safe where we were told the key would be. Was told that I would receive an email instructing what I needed to do and to call back after I had agreed to their policy. Got the email only to find they wanted me to pay a large deposit online which, I was assured, would be refunded when I paid the bill at check out. Phoned back and pointed out that I had already paid so would not need to settle the bill on check out. Was told that this was the process and without paying the deposit, they wouldn't release the key. Ended up having to spend the night in the car."
