If people fail to follow the check in instructions they are sent when they book then the owner can’t be held responsible for that.
We pre-registered our details and I contacted the hotel by WhatsApp the day before. We were sent all the required information for self check in and other usual information.
Room was exactly as shown on website.

"The hostel is a 20 min walk from eating places but has parking on the street in front and so narrow streets can be avoided
Very clean and quiet except when other guests start showering prior to leaving in the morning, the water pipes echo through the concrete building. Still, it is very reasonably priced accom and completely contactless

"I love hotels like this. Spanish charm, clean, great warm service, the dinner was customized for a fussy eater like me 😅. Overall a very great experience, unfortunately we only had one night before continuing the journey. I can imaging to stay there for a longer holiday. Michas gracias!!!"

"Beautiful hotel, well decorated and functional rooms. Staff were very friendly and attentive. You have everything you need on site. Location is a little secluded but the scenery is stunning and most definitely worth the trip. We had no problems getting there and venturing in and out of the town. Overall a lovely, relaxing stay and we hope to return in future. "
