"I arrived late, when informing the hotel about the late arrivale they called and explain procedure, which was good.
Arrived, really cold room, around 15-16 degrees according to my best guess, no warmwater when I wanted to take my shower in the morning. When I explain and ask for compensation when checking out, the person had no authority and left a message to the manager / owner and promised that he should call me back same day. 4 days later still no call.. "Good bed, very quiet, and ability to check in late were positives. The check in with the lock code was a faff, including the need to ask for the code. The lack of breakfast was a major minus, the snack bar did not cut it really. There was also a strange man standing around and hover over my daughter when we were leaving, it really hit home the lack of staff. Hotels.com charged me 27% in taxes and fees and she seemed to want to pocket it. We didn't have cash and she offered to accept card for an additional 5% fee. Absolutely ridiculous for an already expensive stay. She finally grudgingly accepted the payment through card. Plus she has this bad habit of talking over you. Does not want to listen to you anything you have to say.
