"Overall the stay was ok. The room felt a little drab and there was the smell of smoke in the hall, which I had not encountered in years. Dinner was good but a little overpriced. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, plenty of options and good food offered"

"Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times.
Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!)
Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment.
A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly."
