"This is an amazing hotel in the beautiful area of the Black Forest and Badenweiler. A great location in the town and close to their Roman Bath ruins and their up to date and modern bath house. The staff was very welcoming and kind to our family. The rooms were very spacious and modern while still reflecting the classic location and building. Would certainly stay there again!!"

"This hotel was probably very nice 30 or 40 years ago but quite tired. Staff is minimal and I waited for over 30 minutes to checkin. Then went down to use the spa at 1800 and no people were around. No towels. Another guest said after 1800 it was necessary to go to the front desk for towels. No staff around for another 30 minutes. Several of the spa facilities were shutdown or not functioning. The whole reason I went to this hotel was that it was rated as 4 star!! It was far from a 3...

"Very nice experience. The service and quality level was extraordinary high. As we had to leave early in the morning, before breakfast was served, they provided us with picknick bags with nice food which was plenty for the entire day. Highly recommendable. We will definitely come back. "

"This hotel has restored our faith in Best Western hotels! It has everything you want from an excellent hotel - great staff, comfortable rooms and a super breakfast. Additionally, there is free parking (on a first-come, first served basis) and it is close to the autoroute but very quiet.
We were allocated a room in the annex and our room's blackout was excellent. We also ate dinner in the restaurant and it was hugely tasty and not too expensive for the Mulhouse/Colmar region.
We will be back -...
