The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep.
They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came.
So there is a large scope of improvement.

"We spent 4 nights in a panoramic family suite and it was really great. The room was lovely and the balcony and views were spectacular. The buffet breakfast and the cocktail bar were fantastic. The swimming pool and spa were really great for the whole family.

Located at the top floor. The room itself quite ordinary. No balcony. Windows high in the room. Want to see out need to stand up. Anoying noice from ventilation during daytime. Room nice and clean.
The dining options of this hotel was not appealing so we did not eat at the hotel during the week. 25 € each person for breakfast NO WAY. Dinner only on pre-booking and very pricy 60 € for evening menu.

Supposedly a 4 star hotel, but no toiletry items at all in the bathroom, just a soap dispenser stuck on the wall; Poor breakfast buffet, in variety and quantity: I have seen better breakfasts in some 2 star hotels. The fact that they charged us an extra 72 Euros per night for a 3 year old child sharing his parents bed seemed to me really exagerated. Also, be prepared to move your luggage through the stairs as the elevator only...
