Kids loved the bunk beds with privacy curtains, the arcade in the room was lots of fun and the views of the lauterbrunnen valley and mountains were spectacular. "We booked the Queen Deluxe rooms on the 7th to 14th floor. Our jaws literally dropped as we entered and saw the incredible view of the Jungfrau from our balcony. It was breathe taking.
The room was very spacious, recently updated, modern, and clean. We found the beds to be comfy. There’s no AC here, but a tower fan was provided and we stayed comfortable with that and leaving the sliding door open to catch the mountain breeze. (Mid July) The balcony is completely private - enjoy the views of the distant mountains and the green space below. Location is central and the upper floors take advantage of being one of the only high rise buildings in Interlaken. Elevators require room keys to use which added extra safety for such a busy city. (Although we never felt unsafe anywhere in Interlaken). There’s a lounge with a tap for filling water bottles and a machine for coffee and tea.
The desk staff were incredibly friendly. We stored our luggage prior to check in, they brought our bags up after check in, and at check out they gave us bottled waters.
Honestly, my only negative experience here was that the coffee from the lounge machine was not good. "
