"Quick stop for us overnight before flights. Easy to navigate in local tram, the city pass gave us free transportation. "Very nice hotel and highly recommended. Modern rooms with a very nice bed. Clean. Walking distance to center, lake and shopping/old city. A lot of transport options. As tourist also free travel card in city/canton which was very convenient. Of note at the back of hotel there is a red light district. Never felt unsafe/noisy but just a little weird especially traveling with kids/family. Also hotel contacts you a few days ahead with options like private shuttle from airport. That sounds nice and costs 150 CHF but a taxi from the airport cost max 40 chf (normal taxi) or 45 chf (a van). All in all very nice hotel."

Even though the hotel was fully booked and it was busy when we arrived for check-in, the lady on reception gave us such a warm welcome. She was the consummate professional!
As mentioned by others, the rooms are very snug. We only had rucksacks so managed fine but it would be a struggle with even one suitcase. That said, we booked an entry-level room so there may be bigger rooms available. The bed was comfortable, the air con worked well and the shower was decent. Couldn’t have asked for more. "
