"I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this room was. Clean, well stocked, amazing view and incredible amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. My check in took less than 5 mins. We never had to leave the block with all the restaurants, shops, and entertainment that is in walking distance. Oh, and free parking, which sounds trivial until you realize how terrible the parking is around the area and how much the other hotels charge you to park. As someone that makes multiple trips to beautiful south Tahoe every year for decades, this hotel is by far the best experience I’ve had so far. I only had 2 complaints, the wrist bad they give you was too small for me to wear so I had to put it in my pocket, and the amount of dog owners that ignore the signs on the beach to keep their dogs off it. Overall, I am already planning to book a week here as soon as I can find availability. "

"The property is well maintained. The staff is very professional, friendly, and accommodating. My only complaint is that the shower pressure needs to be increased. Low water pressure in the showers made the showers longer to rinse off the shampoo and soap. Other than that, everything was great. "

"The staff is really nice and friendly the breakfast was delicious and you can repeat if you want. The breakfast staff really friendly, nice and helpful. Over all is a really good place close to the main street and shops very convenient where is located."

"I thought the staff was excellent, they accommodated all of our needs. He work with me on a family emergency. I can't thank them enough for that. Comfortable bed, the showers are a little smal for us."

"We recently visited the hotel for a business trip. The location was excellent for traveling to our location. Easy freeway access. The hotel room as great. We had treats/snacks that required a refrigerator. It was no problem as the room had a full-size refrigerator. Great work desk for us to work on. We had comfy beds. Breakfast was nice. Smaller selection however good food. We plan to book this location in the future for our next meeting."

"Happy with property not so happy with hotel.com not letting me use my gift card or being reachable by phone- finally get a human and still can’t use the gift card The property was was very nice just be aware of the elevator, it’s old and they tell you to watch your step and I forgot and tripped but there’s a VibesUp store nearby and they fixed my sore knee quickly! "

"Medium sized refrigerator freezer combo in all rooms. Definitely worth it when you have freezer needs compared to all those “mini” fridges where the normal hotels don’t work or are non existent. "
