"The mattress was EXTREMELY firm with pretty soft/squishy pillows and a lack of dedicated headboard (instead has some stiffer memory-foam esque square pillows for the headboard). However, it had a mattress cover/protector without even requesting so no worries about bugs!
No breakfast included but is pretty walkable to a few cafes, and has a decent amount of bars/brewhubs nearby. The side facing the street could get a bit noisy at night but indoors was pretty quiet.
Free wifi and free parking (via ramp). Has a small selection of cable but I watch streaming so didn't bother me.
No issues whatsoever with the staff, all three different ladies I interacted with were friendly and helpful. "
"So glad we chose here bra the hard rock. Found a wonderful gem in souix city. Everything was great! The only single complaint would be the blankets and towels , linens has a strange smell. They were clean but had a smell like they were washed in a greasy washer idk but it wasn’t too bad. And this was the first hotel I stayed with a bidet. Loved the view from the roof top"
