"This is a beautiful property in a very remote area. To get there you drive a one lane track over the top of the mountain or a one track road around the coast. Both are beautiful, but time consuming. If you’re looking for a peaceful vacation this is perfect. But it is too long a drive if your plans are on the Isle of Skye. "

"Had a very comfortable two night stay at Applecross BnB. The directions made the place easy to find. The self check in was easy. The owners were friendly and full of information on local walks and attractions, including where to go to look for otters, birds, and red dear. Breakfast was good too, including several hot options, as well as cereal and yogurt. We also got to see the pine martins visit the front patio during breakfast.
