We liked the City of Frederick. Lots to see. Historic old buildings with wonderful architecture. Many things to see and do. The city is not to big and not to small. Has all the amenities of a big city and not many bad things. Nice place to live.

We always stay in Frederick when travelling to see family. We have been a couple of cafes which were very good and saw an exhibit at the little museum there which was very nicely done. We hope to explore more of Frederick in the future

Go to Fetch Thrift Store to help their rescied kitties! It was a cool experience.
"Everything under one roof and perfect location. For business travelers, especially for those that are in a different place each week, they have a laundry, pool, and restaurant! Super easy and some of the best Staff around!"
"Pros- Very modern updated property with pool, health club and tennis courts, friendly staff and convenient to other places nearby-
Cons- It is a resort with a pool that closes well before sunset in the Summer and an indoor pool that closes at 8pm. No mini fridge in room for own drinks/snacks to stay cold. Rooms that adjoin are like being at home with family or noisy kids next door. The adjoining door is not sound proof to hear the next room. Booking through expedia will get you the customary room with no view or overlooking a roof top."
"This was the best hotel room I have experienced in a while bed was comfy and room was spacious and quiet! Lobby and customer service were very accommodating and kind as we had a very late check in. They do have food for purchase that we did not try yet but walked across to Getaway Family Diner which was very delicious and conveinent!"
"Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The room we were in was renovated not long ago and was really nice and spacious. The only thing I would have liked was a microwave in the room. There is one in the lobby but if I want a hot tea at 10 pm, I don't want to go to the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is the best I've ever had. There is such a large assortment of food which you don't get at any other hotel. The hotel is located around so many shops and restaurants and all are walkable. You could also walk to the town center (roughly a 15 minute walk) where there are alot of shops and restaurants as well. All in all, this was a great place to stay and I'd highly recommend it. "
"Check in very easy. My room was very nice and clean. Great area with many food options and a mall. If sure if you have a car that you are ok with paying $20 per night for parking in a garage."
"Stayed in 2 adjoining poolside rooms and the kids loved it! The room was very clean and the AC was awesome. Beds were comfortable and the included breakfast would have cost out family of 6 almost as much as one of the rooms if we went out for breakfast. It was hot and fresh and very good.
There are upgrades going on, but if you don't mind the look of progress, it won't impact your stay in the least."
"We stay at The Inn every time we stay in Gettysburg. The staff is beyond friendly! They treat you like old friends and family! The breakfast buffet is fantastic and taken care of by committed, efficient ladies who make sure everyone is well taken care of. I highly recommend staying here for its convenience and value. "
"The stay is good location is great the downside is towels were a little dirt ,tube is ok need deep clean ,sheets have whole in them but if ask they will replace overall its a good place to stay."
