"Excellent breakfast with a very good location! It is a bit hard to get a taxi in the city and especially close to the hotel-but if you are able to walk it is really not a problem. The church next to the hotel likes to ring the bell- starts at 08.00 every morning but we would go back anytime! "

"The hotel was located close to La concha and local shops and restaurants. The bus stop is outside the door and in 15 min you can be in the old town. The service is very easy to use.We enjoyed the local shops and the ease of getting in and out of town. It does not have a pool as is advertised. Rooms and service were good and friendly. "

"Charming hotel in a lovely area. There was so much to do within a 3-10 minute walk of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, fresh food market, beach, etc. The room was very comfortable for 3 people. The bathroom was quite large with a nice shower. AC was a bonus, as was the mini fridge. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful in multiple languages. If you have mobility issues, know that you cannot drive up to the entrance. And the elevator is really tiny so we mostly used stairs. Parking is about a 4 minute walk with lots of stairs, and getting to the parking garage is a bit of an adventure. (Many streets in Biarritz are pedestrian only,) it’s also paid parking, with was rather expensive. If you can avoid a car in Biarritz, I would. It’s a very walkable place. "

Hotel is simple eg no tea or coffee facilities in room but there is a small fridge and we were given a small bottle of Cava on arrival with two glasses. The hotel is a short walk from the bus station which is also co-located with the train station and taxi rank. "
