"Very pleasant stay. Enjoyed the variety on offer at breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. Dinner menu was a bit limited and we ate out on our second night. Used lift due to mobility problems. Old type lift where users have to open and close two “doors”. If doors are left open by exiting users, lift is stuck and time and effort used to identify location and close doors. More prominent instructions needed on lift."

"We stayed here for 4 nights for a wedding. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and explained everything about the facilities very well. The room was lovely but unfortunately not a great deal of space to put 2 suitcases, albeit we had one in the wardrobe but didn’t want to put the other one in there with our wedding attire hanging down. "We stayed for 2 nights and had 2 rooms, the Sweeney 2 was in a perfect location, its clean, its tidy, its convenient, what else do you need. Delaynes Restaurant which is within the same building is beautiful, make sure you book though as it’s always busy "

My two very slight criticisms are that the climate control in the rooms is super bright and being light sensitive, i found it disrupted my sleep.
For the size of the hotel and the dact they have an on site Spa, the gym could be a bit better equipped.
