"My room was non-smoking but it must not have been designated as such for very long because it smelled a bit. Also, the picture is deceiving, the hotel shares a parking lot with a very run down hotel and doesn't make one feel secure. It's also hard to locate, there's only one entrance but it's not near the sign, I had to circle a few times before I figured it out. That being said, the staff was great and the place was very clean. "

Mainly the staff was simply amazing. Our room key wasnt working, they fixed it immediately and even walked back up with us to make sure it worked. "

"Great stay. Even with temperatures hovering around 100, our room stayed cool. Quiet grounds, well kept.Great pool and jacuzzi and play area! Room was fine. The staff was outstanding - answered any questions about the area and the facilities. Great attention to detail, even remembering our dog's name. It's little things like that make a place the kind of place you want to come back to.
The only negative was the wifi was spotty and weak; probably because of where our room was, but it would be nice if they could boost the power a bit. We probably spent more time in the room than we normally would have because of the extreme heat. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it."
