10/10 Excellent
"The room was perfect plus we felt very welcomed. They had amenities targeted specially for our daughter, which made us loved our stay in the this hotel. We will never forget how special they made us feel. "
"How a great time in the hotel. All the staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious. It is in a good location of both the Old Town and the main train station. Overall a great place to stay."
"Old European style hotel. Good value! My room was large and comfortable. Bathroom modern & well functioning. VERY convenient to the Charles Bridge—2 minutes walking. Cafe Savoy is maybe 10 minutes walk. Might be 15 minutes walk to “old town”. I loved the area…this area is “away from the maddening crowds” but accessible to everything. A “solid choice” when visiting Prague. In addition to providing breakfast, the hotel provided an excellent soup and croutons between noon and 4pm. Very unusual touch."
"Great stay overall , but I want to acknowledge most the concierge who was able to arrange an awesome trip for me in less than 30 minutes, with private pickup at multiple locations and really helped me maximize my short visit. "
"The hotel was immaculately clean. The breakfasts were very good. Staff exceptionally helpful. We had our dog with us and there is an enclosed garden which was brilliant to allow for toilet and run around.
The area outside wasn’t great as several adult entertainment venues so some less than desirable people later in an evening. We had our 8 year old with us so this was more relevant for us but maybe wouldn’t have bothered us otherwise. Staff really friendly and helpful. Would return. "
"The hotel was beautiful. The historic decor was well maintained & gave the place a touch of class.
Breakfast was good. Plenty if options.
Staff were friendly & efficient.
Location was ideal was traversing Prague. Highly walkable area, but also close to teansport."
"Staff were great, friendly, room was ready early, restaurant staff outstanding! Great (very Western-feeling) hotel amidst the bustle around Powder Tower. "
"Really characterful property - friendly and helpful staff. Large comfy rooms.
Really close to the old town square - a great base for exploring Prague on foot. "
"A stylish & comfortable hotel, in a well situated location. The gym was exceptional, and to top it off, the service I received from Katerina. H made the stay a true 5-star experience.
