"I like the hotel, and the size and comfort of the room was very good. I had a problem with the fact they called them self an extended stay hotel but were unable to provide me with basic utensils (cups, glasses, coffee pot, ect.) for a long stay at a hotel. This is a good hotel to stay at but not for an extended period of time."

We were debating between this hotel and one that was $50 cheaper without a pool and decided to book this one with the pool just in case we had time to swim. "I booked 2 rooms. My 2nd room was booked for Kimberly Burkhart. We checked in, left our room for a bit to then find out that they also assigned this room to another couple giving them keys to Kimberlys room. This other couple went into Kimberlys room with out her knowledge or approval. VERY UNEXCEPTABLE. The front desk acted like it was our fault and offered nothing for having to spend another 45 minutes at the desk to get it straightened around. NOT HAPPY"
