"I am from the US. This is my first time here. Excellent customer service. Especially the welcoming culture is very friendly. Made me feel very welcome. Every welcoming staff I encountered was well trained. Well trained staff."
"Good location. But when it rains, outside the hotel kind of stinks.
Hotel itself, if very clean, rooms are spacious and have all required things. Beds are great, washrooms and bedrooms are super clean and have great attention to detail.
Staff is fantastic. If you need something, it's just a call away and they respond right away.
The massage center is absolutely fantastic. Great way to relax "
"We booked this hotel for one night, from april 10th to april 11th 2025, which happened to be the last day of our bhutan trip. The online pics looks great and we thought we would treat ourselves. We made the reservation using hotels.com and pre-paid online. When we showed up to check in around 4:30pm, the front desk person said that he did not have our names on the check in list. We were shocked and asked him to recheck. Even showed him the confirmation email from hotels.com as well as through the app.He called the manager, who gave us sketchy vibes. The manager said the following in the sequence below :1. First he said that they had no reservation from us.2. Then he said, they always have this problem with hotels.com.3. Next he said, their policy is full pre-payment and they had received our reservation from hotels.com and had reached out to them for the payment. However they had not heard back from hotels.com and therefore could not honor the reservation and therefore gave up our room to someone else.. what?!?!So as he was making up these stories, we figured out that they had acted in an unethical manner and given up our room to someone else so that they could get money immediately. We rushed to find another hotel for the night, which was tough since the paro festival was going on. The kind folks at Nirvana inn helped out and we had a place to stay for the night. So beware of these fraudsters and avoid them all costs!"
"Beautiful luxury camper, the room is super clean and comfortable bed, everything looks new and staff is amazing. Food is excellent and affordable price . I wish I could stay longer but my time in Bhutan is limited due to tourism fees. Highly recommended for this hotel . "
"Thought it would be noisy being at the Paro Main City but I was surprised with a very peaceful stay with a view of Paro Dzong on one side and Paddy Field view at other Side.
Staff were so clam and fullfilled our every demand. Service was very flexible. Realy had a great stay.
"
"The hospitality of the staff was beyond expectations and reproach. Their willingness to accommodate requests was at a level that I have never experienced at other hotels. I felt comfortable and at home. "
"Central in Paro.Paro is smaller than Thimbu and acording my oppinion more worth visiting. Depending of time of visit you may need varm clouth because nighttime it can be below 0 degrees celsius.
It is amzing there still is a people not destroid by civilisation. They are genuin friendly and you will not see "white trash" in Bhutan. The fee 100 USD per night is used for free school and healthcare for the local people.
I visited Bhutan first time 20 years ago and it is still the same-the new is mobilophone and excelcellent internet."
"The hotel is centrally located. Rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The serve good quality coffee and has a trained barista.
The only downside is some of the rooms heating isn’t working at all. "
"Lovely small hotel. The staff are so so attentive and really made sure every comfort was met. I enjoyed learning about Bhutan (culture, history, current affairs) just from long chats with them while waiting for dinner. The food was also really good."
"We only stayed for one night, the lodge was newly renovated, very beautiful, but the facilities were incomplete. The room was cold and no hairdryer, but the manager told me that they were working on it. The manager from India was excellent, so was the staff. She woke up early to bid farewell and helped me with luggage, which I appreciated. "
"Hotel is a little more worn than images show, but the location is excellent. Balcony was a nice touch, but I didn't learn about it until my last night as the hotel didn't mention it when showing me the room."
