He also made some great recommendations for places to eat around the hotel (excellent choices), and activities in both Danang and Hoi An. We really enjoyed the pool and breakfast too. "We arrived early to a very busy hotel. Our room was not ready. A couple of hours later, the lobby was full of people waiting. About an hour after check-in time, the lobby was empty and we got our room. Staff were apologetic. That was the only hiccup. Everything else was excellent. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. The rooftop restaurant was good and the view fabulous. The breakfast buffet was excellent. All staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel is located a little way from the centre of beachside activity, but a quieter area was a good choice and taxis to go elsewhere were easy to use. We enjoyed the beach, just across the road. We were especially grateful to Katy at reception. She was the one who tried her best to get us checked in and was, for the rest of our stay, attentive and helpful. We appreciated that. A great place to stay in Da Nang."

"Great pools and plenty of places to eat at although quite expensive Nice rooms We had to pay for extra beds which was expensive at £30 per child and a bit much as we’d already paid fir the children to stay but apparently your children r expected to sleep with under the age of 12!! We found this in most hotels and resorts Vietnam is a great place to visit and can be cheap to stay in but not if you go as a family and there r lots of add ons in the hotels and resorts where the food is over priced and not always the best The people r friendly and helpful and there r plenty of things to see and do like the Dragon bridge the hands of god and water parks and markets They eat a wide variety of foods some of which r definitely not to the western palate The weather was good as well with only the occasional rain deluge Generally it was hot and humid The beaches r lovely and clean Service is generally good "

"The architecture and landscape design of this building is absolutely stunning. I stayed at 3 different rooms and each one has a unique interior design and view of the ocean and/or mountains. Staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. "

"Absolutely amazing stay here. We had 17 of us. The staffs were friendly and professional. One of our member forgotten to close room safe. Housekeeping came, saw and had the office team came to monitor the room cleaning. There were two staff on site. They left a note and ensured the content were untouched. Good selection for breakfast. A few fresh juices available at all times. A few live cooking station. Location is excellent. Facing the Han River. Nice view of the bridge too. Nice way of going to bed and waking up to such view. Highly recommended. "
