"The room was ok, but i get that pets can stay, but keep non pet bringing people out of pet rooms. It smelled pretty bad. I had to go to Walmart and get spray and a room vaporizer to be able to stay for 4 nights. Beds were comfy, and liked the small kitchen. "

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my happiness. When I mentioned I was traveling to see Yellowstone the staff gave me pointers. The housekeeping team was exceptional, keeping my room spotless and even arranging my toiletries neatly when I left them scattered. Every interaction felt personal and caring. The attention to detail and their willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly valued as a guest. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it was the staff’s outstanding service that made this stay unforgettable. "It was a spacious, clean room. However, I intentionally did not want a handicapped access room & got one. When I asked the clerk to change my room she said they didn’t have any available. I’m wondering if that’s because I used Expedia instead of calling them direct? Nothing against the handicapped, but I’ve stayed here many times and prefer the standard bathroom layout. Much more counter space."
