"From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptional. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The daily reception was a very nice way to get our evening started. Breakfast the next day was absolutely amazing. I do wish more people would give a gratuity for the made-to-order items, but that's just my own pet peeve and not a reflection of the hotel. I look forward to my next stay! "
"Valet service was 100% worth the price. Great service, rooms were clean and stocked daily with towels, etc. Only negative was the breakfast buffet was always overpacked with people and hard to get through the line or find a place to sit. "
"A number of things in the room didn’t work. There was a floor lamp that didn’t work at all. It was plugged in and the bulb was fine, but the lamp didn’t work. Also, there was no remote for the TV so I couldn’t watch that at all. The breakfast was not very good and was not kept well stocked throughout breakfast hours.
The good news is that everything was pretty clean and well maintained otherwise. The room was cute and spacious and everything felt very safe. And I found the staff to be pretty friendly.
