"The room was horrible as far as interior decorating, the walls were dirty with fingerprints and other gross bodily fluids, the toilet seat was dirty with pube-hair, i saw blood smeared on bathroom wall, there was an occasional cockroach scurrying about... The towels were dingy and an offwhite color along with the sheets, the customer svc at the front desk was good, nice people, very helpful at all times day or night"

"The people at the front desk are the nicest people in all of California. Hotel is not in great cosmetic shape but for $80-$100 night what did you expect. 5/5 place."

"Hotel service was excellent! Interior cleanliness was very good, but parking areas on the exterior were full of trash and take out bags from nearby in-n-out burger. Room was comfortable and spacious. A great stay, I'd recommend and would stay again. "

"Room was clean, AC and bed were perfect. Condition of room was pretty bad. No secondary working lock on my door. Several holes in the wall, ceiling need to be in. Walls need to be repainted. Bathroom sink has massive cracks. Bathtub needs restoration, even know it was clean it looked dirty"

"The floor in the room was filthy, we were unable to locate the light switch, there was a dumpster with a mattress sticking out of the dumpster and other discarded furniture placed outside of the dumpster near the pool. There were questionable characters casing the parking lot that made us feel unsafe. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. We did not stay and the hotel agreed to refund 2 out of the 3 nights we had reserved. The refund process was laborious and slow. (Wish we had...
