"Quick check in, only issue was the $5 charge mentioned on Hotels.com to be paid upon check in is because I booked through Hotels.com! If I booked directly with the hotel chain I would not have been charged. Check in was efficient, room very clean, bed VERY comfortable (lovely linens). Quiet and slept undesturbed. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker helpful amenities. Breakfast was good."

"Smooth check-in, easy getting drink vouchers with my Silver hotels.com status, restaurant on 7th floor was nice. Service was lacking up there, but the food & drinks were good. Spacious room & comfy bed!"

"The staff was professional and empathetic. My flight was cancel at 11pm and when I called Delta there was a 4 hour wait time. I decided to go to the airport just to find out it was closed but before I left i informed the front desk gentleman about mentioned he will wait for our situation and keep our room open. We headed back and he was waiting with us by the entrance with waters and new keys. That gesture went a long way. Thank you! "

"The front desk staff and valet staff were very informative and friendly. The restaurant, Dott Boss, offers incredible meals. In fact, I will definitely have to come back just for the banana bread French toast! The staff in the restaurant truly were so lovely. The brown sugar lattes will forever live rent free in my head. The proximity to the KC Streetcar is a real boon as well!"

"Nice clean rooms, especially for an older hotel. Loved the classic look to it. Staff super friendly. No fridge/microwave in room unless you ask for it. Walking distance to T mobile center which is why we stayed here. Overall very pleasant for an overnight stay. "

"Pool was open until 10pm so able to get a few minutes of exercise in after a long day in the car! Room was large and clean, bed comfortable, and several hot and cold breakfast options. Easy location off the interstate!"
