"Comfy and clean. Didn't have breakfast there this time, last time I did. Bought in their onsite snack store. Have stayed here before and each time has been a good experience. Friendly staff "

"It was a very cozy place, the staff at the front desk were very friendly, and the hotel isn't far from Universal Studios. Would definitely go back to stay here. "

"If staying in Hollywood, this is a great location. Close to Hollywood Blvd. Beautiful roof-top pool. Nice coffee shop in the lobby. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. Parking rates were very reasonable."
"I loved staying at Hotel Burbank. The room was so relaxing and comfortable that I actually had the best sleep I've had in years! Bed, pillows and sheets were soft and clean. The air flow was great with the ability to adjust the temperature so that you can have the perfect temperature in your room. In addition, the staff were so pleasant and kind. I have to especially do a shout out to Jeremy (and the person who originally checked me in - I don't know his name... he was so great too!). And Jeremy went above and beyond to help me out. While out in Los Angeles, I had my wallet stolen (not in Burbank) and Jeremy did everything he could to help me. I hope he gets many and ample bonuses because not only is he professional, but he is also kind and aware. And really contributed to my stay being fantastic. Thank you so much! I have so much gratitude for you all. And I will be back. :)"
"Perfect stay. We were there for a show at the Hollywood Bowl. Great location for the Bowl and for touristy things on Hollywood Blvd. Juan at the front desk was super!"
"We had a great family stay for our weekend in Hollywood. The beds were comfortable, view of the Hollywood sign was great, no freeway noise, cleaned our rooms every day, and a fun pool. The hotel was having a pool party on the Sunday of our trip so that was a nice spot to hit up on our last day. The only small complaint was the shower water pressure as it was a bit light. "
"It is a retro motel, but it felt modern. Check in was smooth and parking was ample.
The room and bathroom were clean.
The bed wasn’t that comfortable, but I’m just used to my own bed.
We got a 10% ofc voucher for breakfast at the restaurant next door.
It was only 1 night, but we would stay again if we go to universal studios again. "
"Very pleased w our stay. No complaints at all.. nice staff and management , clean facilities , easy and close to shopping and dining. Prices are very reasonable in comparison to other hotels . We plan to stay here weekly while baby sitting our new grandson who lives locally "
