I also loved the swimming pool (both indoor and outdoor). The reception staff were super friendly who made me feel happy and welcomed. "Absolutely gorgeous and clean facilities, pools, rooms, and dining. I highly recommend the half board option, the food and service was impeccable. The staff was gracious enough to upgrade our room as a celebration for a HUGE job promotion I had just received (and the reason for my trip). Can’t recommend this place enough. The demographic is a bit older but my fiance and I expected this. The sites poolside were breathtaking and there were plenty of places to sit. Great wine selection and the menu at the main restaurant changed nightly making it so we never got bored. 10/10 Cliff Bay! "

" ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an exceptional 10-day stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The buffet service was amazing with a great variety of desserts, fruits, and fresh salads every day. While the food selection was overall very good, we would’ve loved to see more beef and chicken options, as there was a lot of pork and fish. The pool area is beautiful and very well maintained, making it a relaxing spot to spend the day. We also really appreciated the snack bar with hot items—a great touch for between meals! One of the most memorable parts of our trip was celebrating my son’s birthday. I simply mentioned it in the special instructions when booking the room, and on his birthday, the staff surprised him with a birthday cake delivered to our room. It meant so much to us and made the day extra special. A huge thank you to all the staff for your hard work and for going above and beyond every day to make sure every guest feels special. You truly made our vacation one to remember!!!!!"

"This hotel is really amazing I feel like the pictures don't do it justice the pictures are nice that's why I picked this hotel but staying here was a completely different experience and feeling the staff where great especially the staff in the premium lounge I don't noticed I booked for that package but it's a must you get daily breakfast and a evening snack free drinks and it's expensive it's own deck you get access to the spa which is the most discreet and exclusive spa I've been to that line made our trip magical you the spa is down a huge stair case into a hidden oasis in the middle of the hotel completely amazing I can't say enough the hotel it's self is away from tourist attractions bit we wanted that rent a car be cautious they like to drive very fast just book this hotel you will not regret it , the price is high but the experience is well worth it "
