"Excellent location to the center of Katowice. The property was the best with respect to cleanliness that I ever had a chance to stay during my travels all over the world. The staff was, by far, the complete package for delivering exemplary customer satisfaction. I felt that each of them were dedicated to providing assistance for every aspect of the stay. I really appreciated their individual efforts to make my stay one of my most enjoyable stays at a hotel! Hats off to the management staff who selected the individuals for the hotel team. I wish to return in a few weeks if possible."

"We booked five rooms for eight nights at Hotel Szafran for our group of ten. We were very pleased with the rooms - plenty of space and quite comfortable and clean. Although there wasn't a/c in our rooms, the standing fans helped a lot. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were kind and helpful. The location was perfect as there was a shopping center next door, and we could easily find supplies for our service project. Every member of our group commented that the hotel was simply perfect for us. We will definitely plan to stay at Hotel Szafran the next time we are in the area. "

"We were working in the congress Centre which was 3 minutes walk to the loading area so a perfect spot. The room was clean and comfy. There is no bar or restaurant but we found a very good cafe round the corner for breakfast and a 15 minute walk to town found many restaurants"
