"This place is amazing. If you like being upstate you will love it. The grounds are spectacular, there are a few beautiful ponds and a lake on the preserve. We stayed 3 days and had no reason to leave, everything you need is on the grounds. The room was great, very modern and everything was super comfortable. "

"We love tiny cabin glamping. Beats the hassle of having to pack all our normal camping gear. We loved the quietness of this western location. A few years back we stayed ar the eastern location, when it was Getaway something, and loved both. Will be looking forward to the next time we glamp here. So peaceful and great family time."

"We loved our stay at the Reynolds Inn & Motel! The staff was friendly. Room was clean and had very comfy beds. Loved the little downtown area that was walkable from the motel. We would come back for sure!"

"Quiet and scenic"

"Two things completely ruined our experience. First, we got food poisoning from dinner at the restaurant, which left us unable to eat the next morning and feeling unwell for the rest of the trip. Second, there is a fire station across the street, and their sirens are extremely loud - enough to wake you up. Worse, the hotel had a fire alarm going off throughout the night. Around 5am, it finally triggered a response from the fire department, waking everyone up. Overall, what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway left us sick, tired, and hungry."

"Our one night stay was quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was late April so there was no activity on the property and I did not meet with any staff members. The communication regarding room access was excellent. I would recommend this property and will stay here again when visiting the Catskills."

"Great stay and a very quiet and relaxed upscale property. Staff knew who we were before we arrived and were ready a willing to assist to ensure any specific wants or needs were met. The surrounding forest and lake were large and completely open for exploring. Rooms are huge and incredibly well appointed. Food is 5 star for breakfast, lunch and dinner. "
