They did not seem to have the type of room we had booked. They offered a smaller room which we refused to occupy. Then we were put in a cottage and we were told to pay extra for that. After a lot of discussion with the manager who was contacted on the phone and later arrived they agreed that they won't charge extra. The cottage was not clean...
