No elevators and we were on the third floor, so we brought up only what we needed for the night. It was clean, quiet and our bed was comfortable. The owner is a very friendly & nice guy, it looked to us like he is in the process of renovating the property and is doing a good job.
The thing that is letting it down is the breakfast , it was of poor quality and the breakfast room isn't very welcoming.
