Reception organised a sightseeing seeing trip for us and also taxi to Chennai with a short visit to Mamallaporum Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was large and very comfortable. Hotel has a good reasonably priced restaurant."

"There was no kitchen/restaurant at the hotel. They wouldn't provide towels or fresh sheets or even water. They didn't even have any soap/shampoo/creams (basics) in the bathrooms. They had some snacks. The pool was okay. Too basic."

"Very clean accomodations with breakfast from next door delivered in the morning. The accomodations offer all the comforts... clean room, comfortabke bed, warm water and kind staff. While the street in front is busy, the room is well sealed from the noise."

"I stayed at seaborne for 4 nights while attending a conference nearby. I have never experienced such hospitable and kind staff before. The staff made sure every day that everything was perfect for me, and even helped with transport. The breakfast is delicious and fresh, the rooms are clean and amenities are good and modern, with air conditioners, good WiFi and TV. Unfortunately I did not have time to visit the beach, but the pool and grounds of the hotel are lovely. As a budget-friendly option, this was a 5-star stay for me "

"Lovely small hotel on the ocean. Try and get a front room with a balcony and ocean view. It does have a lot of steps to climb to the reception in the rooms. All areas were spotlessly clean and the hotel was very quiet. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is situated just inside White Town / French quarter and it was easy to walk to all the sites. "

"Worst ever stay! Room had lot of mosquitoes, there was no tv and water in bathroom taps had inadequate pressure! room 109 was so dirty and broken furnitures. And the manager in the reception should never be employed in any company! His behaviour alone made our stay very terrible! I strongly don’t recommend this place."

"I stay at Shenbaga every time I visit Pondicherry. It is comfortable, safe and clean. Breakfast buffet is excellent! The a/c is great especially on those hot and humid days and nights"

"The hotel has a tiny reception. When we arrived he told us there will be a wait time of 4 hours before getting a room. After I told him I’m ready to pay to get the room now, he made a room available within 20 min. The room while it was “cleaned” was not really clean as the hotel has issues of smell and humidity due tu the swimming pool inside the suite. The hotel reception behavior was pathetic! We had need up checking out even if we paid for 2 days (no money returned or even offered). I would not recommend staying there."
