"Beautiful location. Sauna takes a bit of work to get going and approx 1.5hrs to reach temp. Kitchen is semi equipped. No microwave. BYO condiments and spices etc required for any cooking. 3 bulls in nearby pasture, didn't see any other wildlife during our stay. Great for star gazing on a clear night. We enjoyed our 2 nights there. "

Bear in mind there is really nothing in Coles Bay, just one small shop
We only went there to do the Wineglass Bay cruise but it was cancelled due to wind and rough sea. Unable to cancel accommodation which was frustrating"

"Very comfortable house with fantastic views & nice and quiet. Unfortunately we didn’t have great weather so weren’t able to take advantage of beach. Day trip into Freycinet national park was easy 10 min drive. Make sure you take your everyday grocery with you as shop is 10 min drive. Had small problem with washing machine which was fixed immediately & could not get oven to work but lovely spot for couple to rest."

Nice views overlooking the golf course , pity I didn’t have time to play but looks a nice little 9 holer. Only faults we had were the beds should’ve been queen size not doubles and the driveway is to steep if you’re gonna have a gravel driveway . And if you don’t have Telstra then expect no...

Although the view is amazing the property is expensive and lacking essentials.
We had no coffee or milk. We were missing utensils and there was glass on the bathroom floor.
When we tried to contact the property manager through multiple channels there was no return phone call or reply.
The signage around the accommodation threatening cleaning fees is also very off putting.
We contacted the property manager after our stay and they blamed COVID...
