"I stayed two very good nights at the Albergo Amici. On arrival Marco came out to greet me and showed me where to park. The hotel is a wonderful authentic Italian family run hotel. The decor is mostly original and there are many nice touches such as the crockery with the hotel name. I ate in the restaurant and that too was very good. All the staff are friendly and very attentive. I even asked if they could do some laundry for me, and they were happy to help. "

"We drove in from the Genoa airport and needed to make sure the hotel offered parking. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and communicative. It was easy to find and even though we arrived before check in they had space that allowed us to freshen up and store our luggage so that we could keep to our schedule as we were in town only for one night and had a lot to squeeze in. The room was HUGE! We traveled with our 2 teenage children so we chose the 2 bedroom 1 bath room and it was perfect. The hotel is a short 15-20 min walk to the Rapallo train station where you can easily purchase an on/off pass for the family to visit Cinque Terre. Breakfast was delicious with so much variety and the ambiance was beyond lovely. I would highly recommend Hotel Canali and will visit again should we ever find ourselves back in that region. "

"This was the hidden gem of our whole trip. We were not expecting the absolute over the top hospitality provided by the owner Fulvio. The passion and wiliness to provide an above average stay was unrivaled. The room was very nice and comfortable, and with the attention to detail from Fulvio, you had everything you would ever need at your disposal. The views from this place were beyond words. The drive up was amazing, and not for the faint of heart as the single lane road was twisty and with steep drop-offs. Can not recommend this place more if we tried. The breakfast was also very over the top and delicious. And to top it off, the lemon tree by the spa was my partners favorite part."

We stayed in a bungalow. They are nearly brand new. We paid for bed and bath linen. Everything was great.
The bar/store area is great too with options for drinks, coffee and fresh brioche in the morning. We would come back in a heart beat.
One thing to note, the tenting area and bungalows are in different areas which involve stairs. It was not a problem for us but if you have large suit cases it might be an issue. "
