"I loved how on last mimute they could of arange and change the reservation for me, beause our parry got smaller. So they gave me than a big family two storie room. Which we loved and liked so much. We even asked to stay an extra night because syrasbourg has so much to do and they had no problem because the room was free for one morw night. A very friendly and helpful staf at the frontdesk. Higly recommend this Hotel. Nex time I come for a Christmas i will surely stay there again. "
"Very convenient when traveling by train. 2 min away from the central station, yet the area is green and appears to be safe. Very convenient, walking distance to the city center. Small, yet very well appointed, modern room with a large bathroom. Excellent mattress.

The only critique is that i wish the A/C was colder and/or blew harder in the room. The room was cool-ish but at night I needed colder temps. I would absolutely stay here again. You are made to feel that they've rolled out a red carpet for you at check in (felt like a VIP) and they were sure to greet you any time you returned to the hotel. A++"

We wanted to watch the British and Irish Lions test match on our laptop and they went out of their way to cast it onto their main tv for us.
