It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least.
The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help...

"The building was well maintained and our unit was clean. We had a full beachfront view. I do wish that the outdoor pool was heated so that I could use it.What a waste.The underground pool area was full of children so it was noisy and overused (if you know what I mean).
