"Such a great hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff!! The room was a decent size and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly responsive to our needs. We had a car on checking in and staff immediately opened up the secure garage to allow us to park. We felt completely safe leaving our car here. Also, the hair dryer attached to the bathroom wall was only working intermittently so I was given another one within 1 minute of reporting it.

The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. "It is an older hotel, beds sag but it is very clean, staff was great and showers hot, it's also the best location I could imagine. My only real complaint would be that smoking is allowed and when there were smokers on my floor the smell was enough to be bothersome. "

The music lasted until about 5AM. We were both unable to sleep. The shower had semi-hot water. For the price was paid for this, I was expecting a lot more than what we received. Definitely not going to stay here ever again."
