"Our stay was generally okay, but there was no working wifi/internet at the cabin that we were staying at. We had mobile data that we could use, so we survived."

"Amazing hotel with a huge onsen! The breakfast buffet was very large and the dinners that we ordered at the cafe were delicious and convenient. The massage chairs were the cherry on top!"

"Walking distance from Asahikawa’s JR station. Located opposite AEON Mall. Breakfast was excellent! Taste delicious! They also have a good public basement Onsen for respective gender. You may want to get a bigger room if you are carrying 2 large luggages."

"The staff and service were excellent, and the area is a good location. There is parking beside the hotel for 800 yen or Aeon 1000 yen (take the ticket in the hotel front). "

"Dormy Inn is a well-run hotel chain with consistent quality and service across the hotels. We love the yogurt drinks, ramen and ice cream. Dormy Inn is our top choice when visiting Japan. The room was clean and comfortable actually slightly more spacious especially the bathroom. The onsen is excellent with high quality water and clean and sauna. There is a reason why you can feel the difference staying here--the rooms are often sold out. We love Japan and would stay in Dormy Inn if near...

"The unit was in bit of rough shape. Drywall damage, needed to painted, hallways somewhat dirty. For the price, it was certainly sufficient, but a little tlc could go a long way on this property."

"Check in is quite smooth. Very friendly staff! Parking experience is great too. First time parked in a mechanical parking facility but staff were so helpful. No issue at all. Room was clean. Breakfast was good too. "

"One of the best stays so far. Not just the location is fantastic - you walk down the corner and road and you have the train and bus station, to also Aeon Mall for all your food needs etc. Premiere has been my favourite so far above other hotel groups. Clean, spacious, comfortable for use. Be patient with the in room aircon. Breakfast was worth the purchase with the raw salmon and salmon being very tasty to all the other options as well. Bathrooms are also comfy with staff being super helpful and understanding. Very easy to ask for advice. Including a bus stop just across the road from hotel for the airport. Even close than the bus station… Everything was good. Thank you.
I want to come back :) "

"Didnt expect this to be a good accomodation, coz there’s no communication at all. But the place is apot clean, its big, beds are a bit hard, only thing i would hope is for the toilet to be inside the main door. Other than that, i love this place"
"Super close to the station. Bathrooms and public areas were clean. But walls are thin and i had a snoring neighbor and my walls vibrated.
Face wash, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided but lotions are not. There are items you can rent like humidifiers, hair irons, and hair dryers but they are limited in quantity. Overall great stay! "

"This hotel was super affordable, but also super dated. Definitely a no-frills experience. They do not offer luggage storage which was the only service I would have wanted. It’s clean and safe, but definitely feels like it’s stuck in another decade and the hallway smelled. Otherwise I found it to be a good location for the winter festival with easy access to nightlife. "
"The property needs a bit of work, especially the kitchen exhaust fan, it was oily and the bath water pressure needs work as well. The sofas needs to be replaced or removed as the wires are pocking. This property is very good if you have a large group or with small children and experience a Japanese House and Culture."
"The view of Asahikawa from the 8th floor was stunning. The room had a high ceiling, which made the space seem even larger than it was. The property itself was very clean and inviting, the staff were very friendly, and it was within walking distance from the Asahikawa train station, a handful of convenience stores (including the excellent Seicomart), and several ramen restaurants that ended up selling out twice during my 3 night stay. Asahikawa is a gorgeous city during the winter, and very walkable, and I can absolutely see myself staying at the Court Hotel here again the next time I visit the area. "
"The hotel offers Kamui ski link free shuttle bus to the ski hill. Complimentary drinks every night of your stay. Hotel vibe is chill and lively.
Lots of local Japanese also come to this hotel in addition to international visitors.
They have the advantage that the ski resorts do not have, restaurants are abundant and lots of choices nearby. Wait time is needed but not bad. Advise to arrive before 6 pm to get a seat.
Overall a very good hotel considering the size of our double twin beds and storage of all luggages under our beds make the room spaces. Only one small thing is that the hpusekeeping some days forgot to replace dirty cups.

"Nice place with all the comfort and amenities available. Walking distance to Asahikawa Station and many shops all around the area. Allowed us to store our luggages before and after our stay. Friendly staff greeted us. Complimentary coffee machine at the reception floor. Overall happy with the rooms and their service."
"Apartment was fully equipped, spacious, convenient as near transport hub and shopping mall and streets. Plenty of food options and near Toyota rental-a-car."
"DON’T STAY FOR SAFETY REASONS
Worse property experience from seasoned travellers.
Had to vacate due to strong and nauseating gas like smell from kitchen even with window and door opened.
Property manager not contactable during incident and later refused to refund booking even when the apartment was not fit for use.
Expedia’s Virtual Agent (only form of communication) woeful in addressing the matter. Was initially told to stay and monitor the situation and wait for 2-3 hours for a response. Can’t believe this was suggested, given potential dangerous situation of a gas leak. Expedia shortly revised to wait for 72 hours for resolution! Was offered 5,000 Expedia reward points (about AUD59) for our inconvenience! Much room for improvement by Expedia, ie better processes in place to help customers, especially in a case of an emergency and dealing with inadequate property managers."
