"I’ve stayed at Nikko Narita before. The staff are wonderful here. Service is excellent and we really appreciate the shuttle service to/from Narita airport and JR Narita Station and Aeon Mall. Will definitely stay here again"
"Breakfast was very good, room was fine and shower was very good. Internet sufficient and bed was very nice although some folks will find it too hard. Air conditioning very good. Transport by hotel bus not straightforward and the hotel never replied to my request for info. Go to island 16 in terminal 1 and look for agua blue bus."

"This is a great hotel with excellent location in Narita - it is about a 2-minute walk to JR Narita Station and a 5-minute walk to Keisei-Narita Station. While it is an older hotel, it is clean, quiet, with friendly service and well-priced. The in-hotel restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast and their staff is also very friendly as well. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to and from Narita Airport.
