"Hotel is on the 25th floor of the Kyodo News tower. This hotel is touted as an art museum you stay at. The best part of this hotel is the staff. We had an issue with our room not cooling down enough. They went an extra mile to switch us to another room! The views of Minato ward are. spectacular.
The restaurants are, well, expensive and average. But they do have automated machines to get Sake and Wines for a lot less. This hotel is walking distance to shops, restaurants and train stations.
I would go back again. "
"We recently stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly and professional staff. The room was a comfortable size for Tokyo—compact but had everything we needed. The bathroom was a bit small, but clean and functional. A major plus is the low-cost airport shuttle bus from Narita Terminal 1 that stops near the hotel—super convenient if you have a lot of luggage and want to avoid transfers. The location is excellent, right next to a metro station for easy access to the city, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. There’s even a TULLY'S Coffee right next door, perfect for a quick coffee or breakfast. Overall, it’s a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Tokyo. Highly recommended!"
"The pillows were not soft enough to sleep on but the pillows were good for support and yet too firm. I tried the food options and they were not very western and they were not good for my western style. No internet connection or wifi was not good for me and the staff was very friendly and helpful to me so and the staff were obligingly "
"Great hotel, little further than I thought from the station. But felt extremely safe, just didn’t want to lug my luggage. Great shower/bath, bed. Terrible pillows though. So glad I brought my own! Great view from 20th floors "
"Excellent location, 17 minutes walk to get to Shinjuku main area, train station is 8 minutes walk, multiple earing and shopping locations close by. Hotel is very clean and the staff is excellent"
"Excellent facility! Very responsive to all our needs. Super convenient and easy to get to from the airport (one train ride away). Will absolutely stay there again!!! The place is top notch, clean, new, and exceeded our expectations. "
"The Odaiba area of Tokyo is a lovely place to be and the Grand Nikko is very conveniently situated for the monorail into central Tokyo and for the adjacent shopping centres. The Nikko has spacious rooms and excellent luggage storage facilities. Very clean with friendly staff. It is also a drop-off/pick-up stop for the airport bus which adds to the overall convenience."
